You can help protect yourself from COVID-19 and other respiratory infections by:

Staying home when you are sick and avoiding close contact with those who are sick
Washing hands often with water and soap for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
Cover your cough and sneeze
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
Follow the same family plan kits that people may use for flu or severe weather season
